The property is situated between the Famur plant and railroad fill. The terrain of the plot is mostly covered with greenery. The land is owned by Orange Logistics – formerly known as Duda Transport – which provides logistic and transport services on domestic and international markets. „We consider to build there an office building for the purposes of our company in the future, however now we are determined to sell the plot” – commented Kamila Duda, responsible for the property sales at Orange Logistics.
According to the City Hall permission given to the company, the property has been zoned to accommodate there a hotel. The owner commissioned the „Koziarski Pracownia Projektowa” architectural studio to prepare a concept design of the investment showing how the plot can be used.
